Once you have confirmed your booking for Tenerife North Airport (Los Rodeos), an Autos Plaza employee will be waiting for you at the meeting point in the car park to deliver the car directly to you. We are not intermediaries or a booking centre, so we can offer you very good prices and quality service. When you come to Tenerife, even if your tour operator includes the transfer to the hotel, to visit the island and get to know the most of it, it is best to hire a rental car with us with delivery and collection service at your hotel. It is as easy as telling us which hotel you are staying at and we will bring the car to you on the day and time requested.

Easy pick up at the airport as the car was waiting when we arrived (all paid in advance). Everything was explained and you can exchange with them during the trip at anytime. Moreover we had small incident as a rock crashed in our windshield and made an impact on the 2nd day but I didn't pay any extra for it as it was all covered in the location service. Also, easy to give back the car you don't lose anytime with for formalities which for me is the best. I would highly recommend their services and and use it again myself if I am back ! Many thanks!
